  • Warum ist der Regenwald so wichtig für den Klimaschutz?

    Der Regenwald, insbesondere der Amazonas, gilt als einer der größten CO₂-Speicher der Erde. Die Bäume absorbieren Kohlendioxid aus der Atmosphäre und tragen so zur Reduzierung des Treibhauseffekts bei. Zudem reguliert der Regenwald das globale Klima durch Verdunstung und Wolkenbildung. Ohne diese „grüne Lunge“ würde sich der Klimawandel erheblich beschleunigen.

  • Wie kann ich persönlich zum Schutz des Regenwaldes beitragen?

    Jeder kann etwas tun! Du kannst:

    Wir erwerben rechtlich gesicherte Wildnisgebiete, um sie dauerhaft unter Schutz zu stellen. Die Finanzierung erfolgt durch unsere Unterstützer, die nicht nur den langfristigen Erhalt dieser einzigartigen Ökosysteme sichern, sondern auch Umweltbildungsprojekte sowie Forschung zu CO₂-Speicherung und Biodiversität ermöglichen.
